HOWEVER, FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF OUTLETS, SOPUS SELLS MOTOR FUELS TO WHOLESALE COMPANIES THAT IN TURN RE-SELL MOTOR FUEL TO RETAIL OUTLETS THAT HAVE BEEN PERMITTED TO DISPLAY “SHELL” MARKS OR IDENTIFICATIONS (the “Retail Outlets”). UNLESS YOU ARE EMPLOYED AT A SOPUS OWNED RETAIL OUTLET, NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR EMPLOYER ARE AN EMPLOYEE, AGENT, OR PARTNER OF SOPUS, ITS AFFILIATES OR ITS PARENT COMPANY, AND NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE CONTENT;

To the extent you Use the Website or the Content, said Use must be pursuant to the direction of your employer;
